Greenwell Preserve

Formerly the County Road Yard, this machine shed and office are now being re-purposed as headquarters for a natural wetlands preserve.  To make the buildings suitable, earthquake structural retrofitting, new ADA compliant restrooms, new electrical & plumbing, and rural-appropriate aesthetic upgrades were designed into the facility to give it a more user friendly look.
